Individuals within your organisation create videos of up to 60 seconds, which are shared across the organisation. The videos are focused on the Character Qualities they are exploring, providing tips, definitions, and examples.

The 180 is a self-reflection on the 54 Character Qualities we all have, categorising them into whether they are a strength or growth opportunity.

Learners can opt-in to competitions in the app, to see who in your organisation is putting in the most time, or getting the most XP - competing on engagement and achievement.

The wisdom of your closest circle
The learner sends a link to up to 10 people who know them well - their closest circle, to gain their reflections on the learner's Character.
We receive data insights into their Character strengths and growth opportunities, along with comments for context.
This data is then fed back to the learner, showing the patterns between what they reported in their 180, and what their closest circle reported in the 360.
A vibrant support community
Within a framework of safety features provided by us, the community is otherwise self-moderating. Learners can opt-in to forums to ask questions, share experiences, and have discussions.
One person's strength is another's growth opportunity, so learners get to lead and learn in different Character communities, growing together.
Progress delivers achievements
XP points equate to CPD points that can be used as part of a learner's annual requirements for learning and development.
