More than six years ago, we came together on a mission to find a way to help everybody unlock their innate potential.

We are coaches.

We believe in the power of people.

We believe that everyone has innate potential.

We believe everyone can unlock their innate potential through self-awareness and being coached towards self-development.

The innate quality within every human is called Character.

We call these our Character Qualities, and we are all born with them. Some of these qualities are our strengths, and some are growth opportunities. The difference in our abilities is what makes us individuals.

By showing you the Character of your people, we are showing you your humans in all their uniqueness.

And we show you where every individual has the potential to grow.

Our approach

We use the wisdom of the crowd and data science to reflect your company's current reality and forecast the behaviours required for growth.

Every employee undertakes a 180 self-assessment and sources a minimum of three 360 assessors. We then analyse all data points, applying subjectivity algorithms to ensure individual self-perception is equalised in your dashboards.

We then use various mechanisms of data analysis to represent the key insights that inform potential actions that can guide your decision-making.
