The promoter is Entelechy Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”), accessible at entelechy.pro.

Promoter

This is a skill-based competition (“the Competition”). No element of chance or gambling is involved. Two separate £500 prizes will be awarded by an expert judging panel based on merit alone. Entry is via the Viral Loops widget on entelechy.pro.

Competition

Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the date of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of Entelechy Academy or any associated companies are not eligible.

Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

Eligibility

The Competition opens on [insert start date] and closes at 23:59 GMT on [insert end date] (“Closing Date”). Entries received after this time will not be considered.

Entry Period

Step 1: Sign up to Entelechy.pro via the Viral Loops entry form.

Step 2: Complete the post-sign-up feedback survey (mandatory for both prizes).

Step 3 (Optional – for Referral Prize only): Use your unique referral link to invite others. Each successful referral (friend signs up and completes feedback) strengthens your entry for the Creative Referral Prize.

How to Enter

Prizes paid by bank transfer to a UK bank account within 28 days of winner confirmation.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

The Prizes

Judging Panel: A minimum of two senior Entelechy Academy team members.

Criteria: Best Feedback: Most informative and insightful feedback . Referral:Most referrals data provided by viralloops.com (Entelechy Academy Limited is not liable for errors, data inaccuracies or service failure)

Process: All entries anonymised before review. Shortlist → final judging within 10 days of Closing Date.

Decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Winners notified by email within 14 days of judging. Must respond within 14 days or prize is forfeited and re-awarded.

Judging & Winner Selection

Winners agree to reasonable publicity (name, photo, winning entry excerpts) on entelechy.pro and social media.

Feedback entries may be quoted (anonymously or attributed with consent).

Publicity

We are not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted.

We reserve the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, offensive, or breach these T&Cs.

We may cancel or amend the Competition if circumstances arise outside our control. Changes posted at entelechy.pro.
