Origins

David CM Carter is the World’s Leading CEO Mentor. His clients include the CEOs of PWC, Amazon Prime and Mothercare, Experian, EMI, and BP. Today, he is the founder of Entelechy.

Ten years ago, he was inspired to democratise the mentoring he offered to C-suite titans. He posed the question: what if every employee had the mentoring a CEO gets, to deliver this level of success?

After dedicated research and development and gathering expertise from more than 200 sector experts, David uncovered the missing ingredient to exponential growth. We have automated his core methodology, delivering actionable insights at speed and scale to unlock performance, productivity – and growth.

Our approach

We use the wisdom of the crowd and data science to reflect your company's current reality and forecast the behaviours required for growth.

Every employee undertakes a 180 self-assessment and sources a minimum of three 360 assessors. We then analyse all data points, applying subjectivity algorithms to ensure individual self-perception is equalised in your dashboards.
